Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Sealed Products:

    • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Item must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Returns on sealed items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Pre-orders:

    • Cancellations must be made prior to shipment.
    • Pre-orders are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
    • After that, a 10% cancellation fee applies.

Conditions and Exceptions:

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products:

    • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
    • In case of damage or incorrect items, we offer full replacement or refund, including shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened booster packs, boxes, or tins.
  • Cards purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Digital codes or virtual products associated with physical cards.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at admin@Rwtcollective.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
    • A brief explanation of the issue
  • We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for the return.
