Eligibility for Returns:

Sealed Products:
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Item must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns on sealed items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Pre-orders:
- Cancellations must be made prior to shipment.
- Pre-orders are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After that, a 10% cancellation fee applies.
Conditions and Exceptions:

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- In case of damage or incorrect items, we offer full replacement or refund, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened booster packs, boxes, or tins.
- Cards purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Digital codes or virtual products associated with physical cards.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Order number
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief explanation of the issue
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for the return.
